With the nature of the items being used for pets we do not accept returns of any products at this time.
May I Return or Exchange a live pet?
No, This is a commitment for you and your family . Pets are not disposable, so please do your research ask us questions first. We DO however take back any animal we sell, to help you look for a new home or rescue. We do not resell the animal for a profit, They may have a fee to cover the vet care etc. Never for a resale profit.
Bought a product and tried it but my pet doesn't like or use it. May I Return it.
I'm sorry but for a small business we cant afford to return good merchandise just to not be able to resale again. Pets may have parasites etc so in good faith to the next person we don not sell used items. Again ask as many questions as you like to ensure its an item you want.
Item was damaged in shipping . May i return it?
We can accept damaged items with pictures of the box ad items within the hour of its arrival and all the original packaging is sent back. That way we can file a usps claim for damages.
